Commissioned by CBRE to draft a viability report with key considerations / recommendations for a street food offer in the town centre, carrying out a location review in order to meet the core regeneration, animation and income generation objectives. To define trading parameters for ‘street food’ and beverage operations, identifying potential quality and viable operators/traders, their offer and infrastructure requirements. In addition, FoodSync detailed a potential management plan to deliver this operation.
