Wigan Leisure & Culture Trust (WLCT) was about to launch a new café concept. The Trust needed help to quickly create a nutritionally balanced menu that offered lots of healthy options. Guidance was needed on allergen policy management, too.
Time was tight with just days remaining before the WLCT café concept went live. The FoodSync team rapidly developed several menu options to provide nutritional balance and improve the sustainability of the entire café concept.
By primarily using items from WLCT’s existing menu – while educating the Trust’s staff about best-practice in food production and optimised menu design – FoodSync’s recommendations could be easily implemented and were commercially feasible.
