Our expert speaker for this session is Ben Steers, an engaging hospitality professional who’s spent the last 12 months diving deep into the science of customer service. He’s got a 20 year hospitality career behind him, ranging from handling football hooligans in south coast boozers, fronting a million pound pop up for IKEA, overseeing high end dining concepts at festivals, building customer service teams for hospitality brands, to recently looking after Prince Harry. He’s hired, trained and led teams that deliver exceptional levels of customer service, and is hoping to share with us some of what he’s learnt along the way.
